Hi there! The mailers are the exact measurement listed, 14.5 inches by 19 inches! In the future, I would recommend measuring your products to make sure you order the size you need. Bigger poly mailers can still be used for smaller items, you just fold the mailer in half over the product and seal :)
Our policies do state we do not accept returns or refunds, and by purchasing from our website you agree to those policies. Sorry for your disappointment but I hope you’re able to still use the mailers and maybe try the 10x13 size!
