Order Processing & Shipping Policies


    • Turnaround time is currently 2-3 business days for standard processing of ready to ship items.
    • For big launches, restocks, or sales, turnaround time may be temporarily extended to anywhere between 3-7 business days due to the volume of orders.
    • For preorders, the specific turnaround time will be stated on the listing. Orders will NOT be cancelled if we are within the stated turnaround times. If we go beyond it, please feel free to email info@marleyraemailers.com to request a refund!
    • Orders will not be shipped out until all items in the order are ready to ship, so it is best not to add preorder items with ready to ship items in the same order.
    • Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays).
    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate prior to checkout. Marley Rae Mailers is not responsible for problems that arise due to entry errors. If a package is returned to us due to an address entry error, we can either send a refund minus the shipping costs we paid to ship the order or we can reship the order but new shipping costs would need to be paid by the customer for it to be reshipped. We cannot afford to take a loss due to entry errors made by the customer.
    • Shipping is free on all orders to the lower 48 states!
    • Free shipping on orders of $100 or more for Hawaii & Alaska.
    • International shipping is available for Canada. Free shipping on orders of $150 or more in US currency! You may have to pay customs fees, so please be prepared for that. If customs fees are not paid, we are not responsible for any return to sender fees and will refund once it is received back to us (minus the original fulfillment costs we paid to pack and ship the order).
    • Our in-house package protection, Navidium Shipping Insurance, is available for all orders and highly recommended. If you opt out (or do not file a claim with Navidium within the 30 day window), Marley Rae Mailers is not responsible to reimburse for lost or damaged orders.
    • It is the customers responsibility to file an insurance claim with Navidium Shipping Insurance (or directly with the carrier if Navidium was not added) for lost or damaged mail. For packages without movement for 7 or more days, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or submitting a missing mail inquiry. Once it is deemed lost by the shipping carrier, you will be able to file a claim with that carrier for reimbursement. Navidium is much easier and faster, we do NOT recommend opting out at checkout.
